Movin’ on up…
Hi folks. Tonight we’re moving our servers into a new data center so the site may be down for a little while. If you can’t get to Jumpcut right now, check back in a few hours and it should be back up. Sorry for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, give our friends over at Flickr and Yahoo! Video a visit. They’ll be happy to see you I’m sure.
We’ll see you back on Jumpcut soon.

I read on your help once that even if the clips are deleted from your page, the movie still exists if it has been published. So after publishing lots of my short movies, and linking them to my website, I felt free to clean out my work area and delete lots of clips and pictures. Now I find most of my movies are gone from where I go to my web page and click on the link to play them. Help! Did I misinterpret the help information? Do I have to do it all over. I am so sad. Most of my 50 or so movies are gone. Surely this didn't have anything to do with the server upgrade. I must have misinterpreted what I read. Please set me straight. Two months of work….(sigh)
